REPORT ON  SURVEY OF 1250 CUSTOMERS

Marisa de Dios Perrino, CEO,  has required this report to evaluate  customer satisfaction about service provision at MAGIC  leisure centre.

PROCEDURE:

A representative selection of 1250 customers were interviewed concerning problems encounterd with the services of Magic Leisure Centre.

FINDINGS:

1- 72% customers report totally disagreement with the Ticket Cost

2- 56% customers are satisfied with the Parking

3- 52% customers are content with the booking service

4- 76% of customers are satisfied with the attitude of the staff

CONCLUSIONS

1- Customers are satisfied with the staff

2- Ticket cost needs to be reduced

3- Booking service needs improvement

4- Parking services should be implemented

RECOMMENDATIONS

1- Pay Bonus to staff for positive accomplishments

2- Reduce ticket cost by 20%

3- Supply more services like coffee and refreshment vending machine in Car Park

4- Provide training  for employees at Booking deparment
