Market Survey

A market survey was carried out about service provision at a well-known XXXX leisure centre in London City last week.

PROCEDURE
1250 customers were interviewed during an entire day by external consultants

FINDINGS

Two main areas of concern were revealed by the interviews:

Ticket cost and booking service

CONCLUSIONS

72 % consider that ticket cost should be less expensive.

48% think that booking service should be improved.

In contrast 76% appreciate attitude of the staff and

56% consider that parking is satisfactory

RECOMMENDATIONS

Ticket cost should be reduced 25% under the new rates approved by the government last month.
