REPORT ON SERVICE PROVISION AT MAC LEISURE CENTRE.

This report outlines the customer satisfaction about four services provided at the leisure centre.

Information has been gathered from 1250 opinion polls.

– About parking facilities, 700 responses were positive whereas 550 people answered negatively.

– Ticket cost opinion is clearly negative. With only 350 positive reactions, it reaches a peak of negative responses (900, almost 3 times positive).

– With regards to booking service, both opinion bands are very close. While 650 people responded positively, only 50 customer less had a negative response.

– The most positively  assessed issue was Attitude of staff. 950 customers answered positively contrasting with the 300 that had a negative opinion.

This report concludes that:

* Three of the four areas concerned are well considered. From the most positively viewed to the least: Attitude of staff, Parking & Booking service.

* Ticket cost is  shows the highest degree of customer dissatisfaction.
