What is more, that can make you a better analyst and later chose the job that you find the most interesting for you. It is true that working on different companies or societies gives you large experience based on different points of view. However, time arrives in which everybody wants to settle down. This is the moment to choose between a permanent place to live in and a company to work for.

  5. It’s true that job security gives stability. However I can’t imagine myself working all my life in the same town for the same company. Besides changing cities and countries regularly increases your experience and broaden your mind also. What’s more in my work’s field, a lot of changes are better than worse, because workers applied their knowledge to resolve problems. As far as I know nobody wants a bored and old-fashioned designer in their company.

  6. Nowadays the situation is very dificil. In spite of these I think there are advantages and disatvantages to have a stability job. If you want to get experience and you are young, you need to have a job expirience abroad. Companies are demanding people with expierence and variety of languages. Moreover I´m agree with Consuelo that this is a life experience for you. Moreover a lot of people are looking for a job and this is a way to be diferent. Everyone decide his life, I´m a person who need changes in my life.

  7. Making the decision to change the company where you are currently working and travel abroad to look for other opportunities could present you several advantages and disadvantages.

Firstly, it is not only learning and practicing other languages, but also getting involved in different cultures and traditions.

In addition, working in another country has a great added value for the enterprises so you could easily compete for a higher salary and stand out of the crowd. What’s more, it will be a truly enriching experience to you.

On the contrary, you will have to look for accommodation, which is an advantage if you stay in the same company because you don’t need to. Moreover, you will probably spend more money on visiting your family and relatives. However, you may have a lot more free time to enjoy.

With regards to staying in the company, you must wonder if there will be a possibility of getting promoted soon.

In conclusion, it’s a big question to ponder on. Would this decision change your life for the better or for the worse? Only you know the answer.

  8. Carlos, your comment is very clear except for this bit, which I don’t understand:

On the contrary, you will have to look for accommodation, which is an advantage if you stay in the same company because you don’t need to. Moreover, you will probably spend more money on visiting your family and relatives. However, you may have a lot more free time to enjoy.??

  9. Besides changing cities and countries regularly increases your experience and also broadens your mind . What’s more in my work’s field, a lot of changes are better than worse, because workers applytheir knowledge to resolve problems. 10. As regards changing companies, cities, countries and so on just because of your job, it´s true that this could offer you lots of advantages. Not only the choice to improve your English, so necessary nowadays, but also the opportunity to live inother cultures.

In addition, thinking of your job, whether it is your current or future one, going abroad will add more value to your working experience and also enhance your CV boosting future earnings. Besides, as matters stand, changing countries could be at least a chance to work.

On the other hand, leaving your home, losing personal contact with your family, also with your friends and your couple too, start living in another place, all at the same time shouldn’t be easy to put up with. So it´s a hard decision.

For one thing, it clearly has advantages, and for another, the disadvantages could be heavy enough to carry on. But there is a time for this, I think. And also there is a time in which almost everybody has settled down and it is not only difficult but almost impossible to change countries.

  11. There are certain questions regard to broaden your mind that it provides to live in different countries that are obvious, nevertheless, in the age of globalization, have they really so much significant?
Nowadays many of the knowledge, even languages, that in the past you could acquire only travelling , can be obtained through other medias: blogs, contacts by foreigners in your city, etc… For instance, to speak with a Sudanese in Valencia was very strange 10 years ago, now it is extremely easy.
In addition, many of the job positions actually do not need physical presence if multimedia tools are used, as telepresence, which besides saving a lot of time, it saves CO2.
Obviously workwers flexibility is high valued by the companies by the freedom that gaves to them to implementing plans. Nevertheless, I believe interesting that, as individual person, everyone analyzes if this flexibility is going to enrich him also as person, not only as worker because when you move of city you move for 24hrs/day, not only for 8hrs/day.
As regards the best moment in life for mobility, it’s generally thought that is better the younger you are. I not agree with that simplification and I think it depends of personal situations. For instance, for me is easier to move nowadays with wife and two little children because I would not be alone wherever I move and because chealdren would learn lenguages easier than his father tries to do.
For one thing I envy friends than have travelled and worked all around, and for other I feel comfortable when I met them after years and I notice they are mad for returning to Valencia. One ot this friends assisted to this course last year… I will tell you Marisa

  13. My opinion it’s clear! For one thing, I live very good in Valencia and I don’t want to change this!
I know that international experiences are very interesting to increase experience, improve curriculum and, in addition, to reach more money for your work.
But, on the other hand, I am a traditional person who has another priorities as staying near to my family.
I prefer working near to my house with less salary than working abroad being the richest man in the world.
I’ll visit another countries travelling as much as i can, if my low salary allows me, clear!!

  14. Well, I agree with all the opinions. I know it would be a great experience to work and living abroad, not only in a professional way but also personally. However, I believe the success of the adventure depends on the personal circuntances of each one. For instance if you are single, without fiancé you risk less than other who is married and have children. The reason is clear, if you make a mistake, it doesn’t matter, it’s your life, that’s all, you always can move to somewhere and try it again. But, what happen if you have children, who have already started classes? The situation is more complicated than the first one.

Other idea is the level of risk, you are able to assume. It’s proprotional to the number of members who depend on you. It’s easier to set a only person in a foreign contry that to set a family of four members, isn’t it?

  16. Firstly, working in the same company is easier. On the whole it’s more relaxed to stay in the same city and company, but the experience of changing companies can open your mind and give you new opportunities. As regards changing companies it’s true that sometimes there will be family clashes, but on the other had, it’s always good to improve your curriculum.

  17. On the whole changing companies from different cities and countries is a way to increase experiences, technical skills, salary and multicultural abilities. However, changing too frequently of field and city doesn’t permit to specialize and to create social and affective ties.

  18. Nowadays, if I had the choice, I wouldn´t mind working in different countries because I´m young. From my point of view, I´m sure it would be a good experience, because that could increase my knowledge. Also I wouldn´t have any problem because I love travelling.
However, I have some arguments against. For example, I couldn´t see my family and friends frequently. On the other hand, I´m a person who likes stability.

  19. Firstly I want to say that I love Spain and I think it is one of the best places in the wolrd, but I know how important is the experience of living in other countries. On one hand you can learn languages, cultures, other kinds of food, on the other hand you loose your relation with your friends and you can have bad experience. On the whole I think it is so important have a few years away, however Spain it is different and so friendly, so I prefer to spend a few years away an came back to Spain to live the rest of my live.
